A marked half-court, one hoop and a portable clock is a legal 3×3 venue. That is a realistic build for Nungwi, Makunduchi, Wete, Micheweni and Mkoani. The Federation adopts FIBA 3×3 playing rules for its series, and teaches them to referees instead of inventing a local version that cannot travel.
