Draft office-holders. Replace every name with the elected person, and delete anyone who is not in post. Terms below are a proposed four-year cycle.
Working draft for the Federation. Every heading, paragraph, stat and button on these pages is an Elementor widget. Replace any line with your official text, or delete a section you do not need.
President (draft). Chairs the board, speaks for the Federation, does not select national teams.
Vice President, Pemba (draft). This seat is reserved for a Pemba resident. Holds a quarterly island surgery in Chake Chake.
Secretary General (draft). Clubs, minutes, registrations, and the public calendar.
Treasurer (draft). Publishes a one-page annual summary: income, programme spend, what is still unpaid.
Technical Director (draft). Coaching pathway, national-team calendars, playing principles. Appointed, not elected, on a reviewable contract.
Safeguarding lead (draft). Independent of team selection. Reports to the board, not to a head coach.
The board meets six times a year, alternating Stone Town and Chake Chake. Minutes are posted within ten days, with private matters (safeguarding, contracts, discipline) withheld and marked as withheld.
A club can write to the Secretary General and must receive an acknowledgement within five working days. National-team selection is published with a short reason for each cut, written by the coaching staff, not by the President.
