How a club joins, in draft. Put your real fees in the blanks. Leaving a blank is better than publishing a fee you invented this afternoon.

A club brings

A name, a home region, and two colours that are not a copy of another member
Three officers, with phone numbers, one of them a safeguarding contact
A home court, or a written share of someone else’s court
A coach who holds, or is enrolled for, the licence your division requires
A player list with dates of birth. Youth dates are checked. Senior dates are not a rumour.

Registration window for 2026: [write the dates]. Transfer window: [write the dates]. A player who moves mid-season without a window sits until the next one. Hardship moves (a family relocated island) are decided by the competitions commission in writing.
